Life Drawing Session 1
Life Drawings done of the first week, Particularly proud of the tones that I was able to achieve in the first and last picture given that I had a bit more time to do them than the others. Last Life Drawing was an attempt at implementing Cubism into the drawing instead of going for realism. While it could use some work I happy with the way it turned out especially part of the tones I was able to get in their with the time I had.

Hey George - good to see you posting :) A couple of things then:
ReplyDeleteIt's 'life drawing' as opposed to 'Live drawing' and I wonder if you're doing your work justice here - tiny photos on big white expanses and the actual images aren't super clear. That cubist drawing is indeed doing very interesting things, but looking at them is a bit like having a sight-test at the opticians. Also - remember the importance of using labels that relate to the project briefs - so the labels you have here should also include 'Toolkit 1' and 'Life Drawing'. Finally then... you need to look again at the banner for your blog: students are asked to include specific things when they set up their blogs: 1) Your full name, the course title - BA Hons Computer Animation Arts, and 'UCA Rochester'. 'George's Corner' gives the impression that this might be a sort of hobby blog as opposed to something more outward facing and professionalised. I look forward to seeing more posts soon :)
Thanks for the feedback phil. I've taken note of it all and made sure to rectify the problems that you have noted.
